He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and Finance in 1973.

He holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor.

Between 1973 and 1992, he served as an Account Expert and Chief Account Expert at the Board of Account Experts of the Ministry of Finance.

In 1984-1985 and 1987, he was in Belgium to conduct research and studies in the field of tax law.

In 1992, he joined Denge İzmir Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. as a CPA and company partner.

He has written various articles in newspapers and magazines on tax and accounting practices and organized seminars, panels and conferences on professional issues.

He is registered to Izmir Chamber of Certified Public Accountants.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in tax and accounting practices in various sectors.
